You Can't Get The Time Back

Throughout my life, I didn't do enough for myself. Any time I faced resistance in pursuit of self care or wish fulfillment, I'd take it as a sign that the thing I wanted wasn't meant for me. "No hopes", I'd repeat to myself, reasoning that it was better to not have hopes at all than to have them and see them crushed. This past weekend, I pushed past it all to do something good for myself. To prove to myself I'm not destined to press my nose against the glass of life forever. I want you to do the same. ------------------------------------------------- Tom Wilson's "King Yep" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJttqfsl4sQ Have a question or comment you want me to discuss on the show? I lost 110 pounds, but I'm most proud of keeping it off. Together, we're going to do the same thing. How do we do the same thing? By not doing the same things we've been doing. That means we'll need a plan -- yes, including me. I don't know everything, and if you're living this life right, you shouldn't, either. It's not about diets, it's not about exercise, it's about healing the mind. Build your plan with me, Mike Pridgen! Be kind to yourself!
