The travel gods finally caught up with Ed and crushed the perfect ending to the family travel season. Cancelled flights, made up rules, backup flights, positive COVID tests. We had it all this week. While Ed's family was running the gauntlet Richard was navigating 8-hour hold times to avoid losing American Airlines upgrade certificates that were expiring.
