And then we wonder why most of the population has anxiety or depression or some other mental imbalance. We’re putting all our energy on our thought processes. We’re essentially living in our heads! In today’s world, creating balance takes intention and it takes action because our environments are unbalanced. It encourages overthinking, and not showing emotion, and numbing from our bodies or forcing them into a desired shape, and more and more people are cutting off their relationship with spirit too.
