We will learn: How our childhood experiences influence our innate parenting habits.  How to bring awareness to our expectations and our triggers.  Easy practices to find stillness in the small moments.  As simple as the concepts of mindfulness are, it’s also a new way of living, which involves breaking other habits to create new ones.
