We will learn: How the four elements relate to us and why it’s important we understand them How to identify which element we’re missing and how to bring it back into balance How to discern between your ego and the wise observer   You already know the four elements: earth, water, air and fire. But what you may not know is how they relate to your personality, and more importantly your pain. These four elements make up every person.    But for each of us, there’s one element that’s our weakest point. This is what our guest calls “the missing element” or the Observer which is, “the part of you that can stand outside of judgment and see yourself with a more wise and compassionate approach, much like our elders did.”   Understanding the Observer is critical to our own self-awareness. It’s what allows us to move beyond our personal drama to find our real purpose in the world, a world that needs our service now more than ever.   So now the question is, how do we find our own missing element? Well that’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Debra Silverman.   She not only has a masters degree in clinical psychology, she is also a highly acclaimed astrologer.
