Abbie | HELLP & life after NICU - body image, post natal depression and fundraising

Abbie had her baby Grayson at 30 weeks due to pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome. She talks about the shock of having her baby early and how she felt like she didn't process it at the time. Abbie speaks about coming up to Grayson's first birthday and how she feels like she is starting to process and reflect on some of the moments in NICU now.  Abbie openly talks about her experiences of post natal depression and how she manages her mental health positively at the moment.  We talk about body image, how Abbie has struggled and how she has managed to challenge her thinking around feeling like her body had failed her.  To listen to the episode click the link in our bio or search for miracle moon on iTunes or Spotify, as always we would love to hear your feedback.  Please share, like, rate and subscribe, it means so much to us.
