Today we are talking to Beth Sandland. Beth is a NICU Mum and has a wonderful instagram account where she discusses all things motherhood, travel and NICU. She is training to become a coach and runs an online magazine called The Motherhood Edit. This episode is split into two parts.  In this episode (part one), we discuss Beth’s experience of pregnancy after experiencing a miscarriage, the impact of anxiety on her pregnancy, her birth of Ziggy at 34 weeks and NICU experience. We discuss common feelings people may have when going through NICU and when you come home. We also discuss mental health, PTSD and EMDR.
