Star is a scientist turned entrepreneur who struggled with setting boundaries in her corporate workplace before launching her own financial consulting business. Star thought removing herself from the corporate environment would restore her ability to set boundaries and give her a healthy work-life balance. But Star learned that without true transformation, she would continue the same people-pleasing practices that led to serious physical and mental health consequences.
