Niall is a sports scientist, personal trainer & elite handballer who has competed at a national & inter-national level in handball, previously winning a doubles world championship. We discuss physical & mental preparation for elite sport, understanding momentum, difference between individual & team sport, controlling gameplay and how to successfully compete as a team. Niall speaks on how sports science has affected his training,  gameplay strategies in the different codes of handball as well as mental strategies that can be applied to both individual & team sports.
