#16 - Working on Problem Areas over Lockdown - Mobility Experiment

In this episode of the podcast I discuss why old injuries may kick up again during this newly imposed lockdown. I've noticed a large increase in the number of people contacting me about areas previously injured getting sore or tight again since Christmas, even though they haven't changed too much. I speak on what may be contributing to the pain, how your environment may be affecting it as well as different techniques to help work on these problem areas. This episode provides different options to help you work on historically problem areas or areas of tightness & restriction that may be acting up again this lockdown. Disclaimer: If you are concerned about pain it is always extremely important to get assessed by a medical professional or healthcare professional as soon as possible. **This is not medical advice**
