In this episode of the podcast I discuss optimising physiological & psychological recovery.  Recovery is such an important part of life & performance as it restores energy, reduces fatigue & lets the body heal. Many common lifestyle habits and states of mind affect our ability to get into a recovery state.  Nervous system tone is going to have a significant influence on whether the body will allocate resources for recovery or not, altering this tone is key to optimising recovery.
