#40 - Why a Positive Mindset is Essential in the Rehab Process

In this episode of the podcast I discuss why a positive mindset is such an important part of the rehab process. Many people don't understand the effect of what a positive mindset can do for the body. As no system works in isolation it is important to really take a holistic approach to rehab, especially when dealing with a long term, recurring injury. I go into detail on how a negative mindset can be disastrous during the rehab process both physically & mentally. I then explore the idea of keeping a positive/optimistic mindset as well as how you can introduce it in your training & life.
