#53 - Physically Preparation on Game Day

In this episode of the podcast I discuss how to physically prepare yourself the day of a game. Many people do too much or too little the day of a game, resulting in a subpar performance when its needed most.  I explore why it is important to physically prepare yourself the day of an event, what to avoid as well as different things you could include to help get yourself ready to go. I discuss priming the nervous system, using mobility & movement to improve body awareness, calming the mind as well as what to do in the hours leading up to an event. This episode is for any athlete preparing for an event.
