However, it is a time where big gains can be made if you take the time to do so.  I discuss why an off season is an important time of the year for an athlete. I explore some of the problems I often see with off season scheduling & training, as well as speaking on what you can focus on this off season to give yourself the best chance to perform & stay injury free in your next season.
