In this episode of the podcast I discuss breathing habits & respiration rate. Most of us don't take much note of how we breath. However poor breathing habits can have an effect on our health, wellbeing & even our sexual performance. Why is breathing through your mouth so bad for your health? Why is nictric oxide good for my health? Where in the body is nitric oxide produced and how can I take advantage of that? How are my breathing habits affecting my stress levels? I go through answers for each of the above in this episode. I discuss how over-breathing can affect your health and recovery. As well as different techniques to improve your ability to breath and utilise all of the oxygen consumed. This episode is for anyone who is involved in sports/exercise, is over stressed or wants to gain that edge on their performance.
