Experiencing depression and anxiety can be really difficult. To make things worse, most of us logically understand how these episodes can shape our lives in ways we did not intend. When I began to experience depressive states and anxiety as a result of my ADHD, I was discouraged by all of the “high vibe” and “positive emotions only” posts I found surrounding manifestation.
