Tarof and Persian Culture with Leyla from Chai and Conversation

Beata and Bita welcome language specialist Leyla of Chai and Conversation to diverge from Persian language lessons and to explore, break down, and demystify the Persian cultural concept of “tarof”, a form of politeness, etiquette, and respect as it relates to food, having guests, and eating in restaurants.
