Episode 17: with PHD Porn Researcher, Caroline West
In this episode we have the beautiful sexuality studies researcher Caroline West in conversation on porn. I had wanted to record a podcast surrounding porn after I had the brilliant Shawna Scott on to talk about female sexuality, after the overwhelming response I realized we are all hungry for more knowledge and conversation surrounding sex and sexuality, and who better to talk to than a PHD researcher in Porn.
Caroline is utterly respectful in the way in which she rearches porn, including the sex workers in the conversation rather than shutting them out. This has led to be the base of a lot of her research and conclusion. This podcast has been such a beautiful space to meet beautiful female brains, and Caroline is definately that. Thank you so much for lending me your time to talk about something that really is a much needed conversation for us all.
