Preschool Primer with Pre-School Teacher Jeanné Graham

For over a decade Jeanné Graham has been a preschool teacher in New York City for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old. She is a practitioner of the Reggio Emilia approach which is based on children learning in a self-directed curriculum.  In this episode, Jeanné talks about how she handles conflicts in the classroom between students and the dynamics between teachers and parents. She explains how she deals with kids saying bad words and how she doesn't encourage younger children to say sorry if they don't know what the word means.  Favorite Things: Hilaria: A blank book Daphne: Kickee Pants Pajamas Jeanné: Vivian Paley books and "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss Email us with your questions at mombrainpod@gmail.com and follow us on Instagram, just search for @MomBrain.
