Working through the thoughts and habits that are getting in the way

There's this page from a book I've kept on my fridge for the last three years. It's a bulleted list that's titled, "thoughts and habits not conductive to the work" and I think of "the work" as my life. Whenever I see this list it feels like a personal attack list staring back at me. Today, I'm sharing this list, and how I process, it because there's a reason why I tore this page out of that book.
