Shona and I chat about the adjustments she had to make when moving to the UK from Australia, not only with the way she keeps herself fit, but how she helped to keep clients motivated and inspired on those rainy and cold mornings… We chat about her rollercoaster career - from being a competitive gymnast, to working in an office, and then reigniting her passion for fitness to build a huge, passionate online community.  Shona also opens up to me about how her newborn baby has changed her day-to-day, dropping the absolute truth bomb that ‘balance is a lie’.
