For the final episode in this series of the @Monday_mile_series, I’m linking up with a lady who is hardcore, from expedition to exploration, she has taken adventure to a whole new level… it’s @lucysheps From the mountains, to the arctic, to the jungle, Lucy has quite literally done it all. We chat about her incredible adventures, why she does what she does and some of the amazing things she’s seen along the way.  We discuss her new @channel4 documentary series, ‘Secret Amazon: Into the Wild’ which sees Lucy and an indigenous team embark on an unprecedented Amazon expedition. The series tries to highlight the destruction of our planet due to global warming. Lucy and I chat about her passion for creating change, insisting that we need to do something NOW, in order to save the planet.
