The Bruins have struggled against the Devils as their record against New Jersey drops to 1-3-1. The B’s nearly tied the game twice in the final minute with two goals that were overturned by the coach’s challenges. The Bruins’ powerplay was ineffective as they were unable to capitalize on 3 man-advantages including a 4-minute double-minor.
