128. How to be “That Girl” Who Runs (Part 1)

Today's episode is part 1 in my running series. As you guys know, or maybe you don't know, maybe you don't follow the podcast Instagram or follow me on social, I have dedicated myself to running. I am back in my running era. If you followed me before, back in 2021, I was starting to run for the first time and got really into it, was working on getting my 5k under 25 minutes. I fell off of it when I moved to downtown Toronto. I have now rediscovered my love for running and I am determined to be able to run further and faster. I am focused on training properly, challenging myself mentally and physically. In part 1, we are going to cover my essentials for running, my warm-up, choosing a route, what to do on your run, how often to run, when to run, and some words of wisdom. Enjoy!
