A last minute tech malfunction sees just Jess and Char on the pod today. It's always a weird feeling when we don't have Leece with us; a weird sort of pressure to have good chat for the fear of missing the sparkly energy at the helm. Some things are just better when they come in a three, you know!?!? Women supporting women and all that. Anyway, in today's episode we're on the waffle train - from our Move it Mama challenges and how they're going, to the excitement of a new year (and the four month phenomenon), what we're looking forward to, family in town, Christmas plans, coffee and wine conundrums and so on and so forth.
