He then began working at the fitness center of Goldman Sachs where he learned how to manage his credit score as well as progressing his craft. The next step was with DPT Fabian Garcia where Ian began assisting at his clinic and doubling as a human sponge for knowledge. Ian then teamed up with his brother Alex to create Markow Training Systems (MTS) and developed their educational courses. He is now based out of Miami, FL and continues to train clients and teach Kinstretch classes. Markow Training Systems integrates mobility principles with strength training.
