#56 Ultra Running with Sarah Scozzaro

Sarah is a CTS expert coach who specializes in Ultra Running. Originally from Northern California, she started running at a very young age, falling in love with the competitive aspect. After a major injury in 2002 that had sidelined her for eight years, Sarah returned to running in 2010 more determined than ever. In 2012 she completed her first ultra and has since completed several 100 miles, 100k, and 50-mile events. Sarah has an M.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. She also has certifications in personal training and restorative exercise to better serve her athletes and keep their needs, keeping them running strong and healthy. As a military spouse, she continues living and running all over the world with athletes of all levels and experience.
