Festive Motherhood Special Episode 2: Childrens sleep over the festive period.

Welcome back to episode two of the festive special. Today I am joined with Hattie Frank, certified baby and toddler sleep consultant from Not Another Peep. Hattie has joined me today to chat with us about children's sleep over the festive period. Within the podcast she shares advice on how to get over excited children to bed, maintaining a bed-time routine over the festive period, especially if you are travelling or staying away at family or friends. And lets not forget, how to politely respond to sleep related comments from well-meaning family and friends.  Towards the end of the podcast Hattie also shares some of her top tips for baby sleep. If you follow along on instagram you will see my little boy of 6 months is struggling with his sleep and she shares some tips which may help if you find yourself going through the same, which I know a lot of you are!  Thank you for tuning in, please do share, rate and review and keep a look out for the two remaining episodes of the series with Anna Mathur and Charlotte Stirling-Reed.  Lots of love Emma  Hosted on Acast.
