Their focus in on muzzleloader competitions and historical preservation through the Civil War era. Some of the best muzzleloader marksman come from all over the country to participate in N-SSA sanctioned skirmishes and test their skills with a muzzleloader and Eddie Davenport is one of the best. I really enjoyed sitting down with Eddie and talking about his role at the N-SSA as well as his over twenty years of experience in muzzleloading. We were also able to talk about Eddie's current work with Walk the Talk America, a non-profit who's goal it is to stand in the gap between mental health and the firearm industry.
