When Fascism Comes for You

This week hosts Tiffany Cross, Angela Rye, and Andrew Gillum check in on the state of the presidential race. Is there anything more Kamala can do to reach undecided voters? Do undecided voters even exist at this point??    The terms “fascist” and “fascism” are being thrown around a lot lately. Considering that we may soon have a wannabe fascist as President, let’s define those words, and identify what exactly is “fascist” about Trump.    Rudy Giuliani finally had his day in court. He’s been ordered to pay more than a hundred million dollars to compensate Georgia election workers who he falsely accused of election fraud after the 2020 election. We’ll hear from some of those election workers.   Finally, where do we see fear being used as a political strategy in the 2024 election, by both campaigns? The hosts have a practical and philosophical discussion about fear and the nature of power.    And of course we’ll hear from you, our #NLPFam listeners! In each episode, Angela, Tiffany and Andrew embark on a journey of reflection, taking stock of the news of the week and the country's road to the polls. Join us each week as we navigate the dance between past and present, weaving a narrative of hope, empowerment, and the unyielding strength that defines the journey to reclaim 'Native Land.'
