10 Reminders We All Need When We’re Ugly Crying Into Our Vodka and Hate Our Jobswritten by Ash AmbirgeFirst of all, if you're actually crying into your vodka, you must be drinking from an exceptionally wide glass. I commend you.Second, I made this list the other night when I was awake at three o'clock in the morning because isn't that what everybody does at three o'clock in the morning? Makes lists? And then publishes them on the Internet? Fuck, how I love the Internet. Though I do not like having to capitalize “Internet” because it reminds me of having to capitalize “God,” and all of that feels really extra—but then again maybe this is really just a way of saying that the Internet IS God. And I am high key okay with that. So, darling Internet, here are some things that I'm thinking we could really use some reminders on—because no one can live their best life while actually, ahem, hating it.The full text is here https://www.themiddlefingerproject.org/10-reminders-we-all-need-when-were-ugly-crying-into-our-vodka-and-hate-our-jobs/

Hi, I'm Natalia Tokar, and I am not a native speaker.I created the methodology and the system of exercises to achieve native-like fluency in English because I couldn't find it anywhere. I've always been driven by the idea of effortless mastery and virtuosity. I learn new skills with one simple idea in mind - I want to be able to apply them in my everyday life situations, specifically in my spontaneous conversations with native speakers. To do so, I need to master the fundamental skills of building relationships in a foreign language. Native-like fluency is all about being able to be yourself and belong with others in every conversation, because every conversation is an opportunity to nurture the relationship.I say that effort must be effortful, where effort brings joy. My approach is based on following deliberate practice routines and receiving human feedback. Become a daring learner who can learn directly from the source and seek feedback from more advanced learners. When you know how you learn, you can create your own curriculum. I am an educator with 17 years of teaching experience and a creative business owner with 10 years of experience in global sales & cross-cultural communications.I share the methodology and my own practice routine in the community of practice and in the online programs that I create. WebsiteCommunity Hosted on Acast.
