Bombing Commuters Just Got Harder - Part II: The Russian Dimension

The Applied Physics Science and Technology Centre (APSTEC) in St. Petersburg, Russia has been working with NATO to develop a technology to detect explosives concealed on suicide bombers in mass transport locations. Eighteen scientists and engineers are working on this project for the “Stand-Off Detection of Explosives”, known as STANDEX. This version includes graphics and voiceover.
