NATO-Russia Tackle Afghan Drugs

In 2006, the NATO-Russia Council nations launched a counter-narcotics training project. The aim: to improve the skills of counter-narcotics officers from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Central Asia. In September 2013, the North-West Institute of Advanced Studies of the Russian Federal Drug Control Service in St Petersburg hosted some 20 Afghan police officers. Also available in high definition
