Should free schoolbooks scheme to be extended to fee-paying schools?

A number of Government TDs are calling for the state-funded free schoolbooks scheme to be extended to fee-paying schools.    Among them is Fine Gael TD for Louth Paula Butterly who spoke to Newstalk Breakfast.
