Kate Ross has pivoted her digital agency of the last 15 years, called eight&four, to offer its own suite of AI tools because she was frustrated by the limitations of just using ChatGPT. She shares the agency’s successes and the misses in building bespoke AI solutions, such as a tone of voice tool that a large travel brand now lets every employee use. Kate also gives us some good old fashioned British cynicism (or realism!) about the hype and bluster (and even white lies) about some of the AI tools out there.
