Avoid The Life You Should With Danielle Mills

Having spent almost two decades working within the Recruitment world, Danielle works on a 1:1 basis, mentoring people who are looking for their dream job; helping them to navigate the search to a better future and enabling them to see themselves in a new light, giving them back their confidence and helping them to move away from the ‘life of should’ they’ve been used to for so long. She also works with business owners who are looking to recruit fresh new talent, who are sick and tired of the old ‘agency way’ and who want something more from their consultant.

Danielle believes that no-one should fall into living, what she refers to as, a life of SHOULD and whether it’s someone looking to create that new career for themselves or the business owner ready to recruit someone amazing into their business who WANTS to work for them, rather than feels they SHOULD… It’s all a similar process and one that can be enjoyed, embraced and repeated as and when it’s needed – without the drama.
