What an amazing season it has been on the Introverts Inspire podcast. So many women sharing their stories and how they have stepped into their spotlight in their own way.
It is not always easy for introverts to claim their spotlight.
They would much rather be behind the scenes getting on with doing what they love, but more and more are stepping out of those shadows because it is important to be visible if you want to have that impact and presence to make a difference.
"Do what you can’t" is the motto of the day and it wasn’t that long ago that I had convinced myself I would never have a podcast and we are now on our way to Season 3! Which already has some incredible guests lined up.
I talk about a woman I worked with recently that went through that feeling of doubting herself and completely turned it around so much so that she went from zero income to creating a £21K month. It just goes to show what having support and growing your confidence can do when you believe in something enough!
