White Saviorism / White Supremacy In The Legal Guardianship & Adoption Practices In Uganda

In today's episode, the NWS team has a conversation with Okot Robert about white saviorism/ supremacy in the legal guardianship and adoption practices in Uganda. Mr. Okot Robert is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and NWS Legal advisor. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center, Kampala. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society, East Africa Law Society, and Network Of Public Interest Lawyers. Mr. Okot has previously offered legal advisory services and representation to a number of corporate entities doing business within and outside Uganda. He has also worked with a number of law firms in Uganda.
