113 - Tips For Overcoming Fear

1. Accept fear - “I see you fear... I see you & I’m here for you!” Just acknowledging it will help... and understand it’s not YOU! You’re just experiencing a feeling. Try detaching from it! 2. Look at other people that have conquered your fear. So for me, seeing other people that have gotten through radiation treatments with ease is sooo helpful. Whatever your fear may be... I guarantee you, someone else has overcome it!! See how they did it!! 3. Rehearsal: literally close your eyes & visualize that scene that is causing you fear. How do you want it look? How do you want to Feel? Recreate it so it’s not fear based..that you get through it with ease. This is what I’ve been doing with my first radiation treatment. 4. And of course prayer!!!   To join my breast cancer group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/womeninpink   Connect with me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jendelvaux/   If you need help starting your health/fitness journey reach out!  You can email me at coachjennyd@gmail.com   HEALTH FAVORITES: 1. They know firsthand the fear, uncertainty, and pain that come with a cancer diagnosis, and they want to guide others through this journey towards a place of strength and resilience.
