Is NFL unfairly punishing teams over covid protocols?

Today’s word of the day is ‘fire drill’ as in it’s time to get moving as in panic as in the Baltimore Ravens are scurrying around trying to figure out what in the world went wrong inside the lockeroom. It all started with a strength coach breaking protocols, which led to an outbreak, which led to 20 players testing positive, which led to the NFL moving the game from Thursday to Sunday to now Tuesday.
