He said he wanted do this to protect players futures, but I wonder why those same players gave up so quickly on the Amateur Draft (0:06)? Cubs president of baseball operations Theo Epstein says he needs to be better as an executive when it comes to hiring more diverse people (11:03). So You Wanna Talk To Samson!? Someone asked me for my thoughts on MLB umpire Angel Hernandez. He has been accused of eavesdropping into a phone call investigation (18:50). Review - Seberg (28:49). Shaquille O'neal joined the New Orleans Saints team after Drew Brees comments and told the team to stay united and not to be divided by the media. Well, I have some things to say about that (32:42). MLBeard Challenge Day 86: Know Your Rights Camp. Well, another day, another rumor about a different person who is going to buy the New York Mets (38:36). First it was ARod/JLo and now it's Josh Harris (owner of the Sixers)... here's why that won't happen either. #waittosee ---------------------------   'Nothing Personal with David Samson' is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, Castbox, Bullhorn and wherever else you listen to podcasts.   Follow David on Twitter: @DavidPSamson  To watch David on CBS Sports HQ visit https://www.cbssports.com/live/ To hear more from the CBS Sports Podcast Network, visit https://www.cbssports.com/podcasts/ Learn more about your ad choices.
