125 COVID-19 Prevention: From Commonsense to Natural Remedies (& Avoiding Nonsense!)

While herbs are an important part of my life and work, this is really a time to be cautious about who you listen to and conservative about what you try. In this episode I urge everyone to follow the CDC precautions for the prevention of COVID-19, adding in the importance of eating well and getting enough rest.
