Coping with Emotions and How to Practice Gratitude

**The audio is a little echoed, so I apologize. I felt like I couldn't do it justice if I recorded the content, so please bear with it. Thank you!**Today I share some coping methods on how I process my emotions. I've had a lot of things happen recently that could have turned on my depression again but with these coping skills and months of practicing them, I was able to cope through a lot of the emotional turmoil. A big message that I want to convey is "Don't be afraid of your emotions". They exist to help us be aware of our surroundings and ourselves. Emotions are what makes our lives real and worth living. Once we understand our emotions, we must practice gratitude for them. Being grateful for being alive and for ourselves is very hard to do, however, it's not impossible. Gratitude allows us to be truly happy for what we have and what we can have. Website: https://www.onceuponamentalcrisis.com/IG: @oumc_podcast--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Breaking our limitations means discovering our strengths and our weaknesses. My name is Xai Moore, and my coaching focuses on self-discovery and empowerment. How do we achieve our goals and dreams? By knowing what limits us and what makes us stronger. I have spent the last four years of my life delving into my persona. All that work has brought me here today. Once Upon a Mental Crisis Podcast highlights the changing elements of my life: what they were, how they affected me, and what I learned from them.
