Series 6 Episode 3 - The Futility of the Fly
My cousin and good friend, Chris, joins me this week. It's an emotional farewell for us One Foot fans, as it sees the last of dear Mrs Jean Warboys. She of course goes out with a bang (almost) and isn't seen again on our screens in the Meldrew universe. Sad, sad times. The Meldrews hire a cleaner, one that can't seem to keep her kit on, whilst Enrico the Italian seeks the help of Victor, which will be the catalyst for a monumental cock-up (pun intended, or otherwise) involving a misunderstood letter to Mimsy Bercovitz. Yet more surrealism for Victor and Margaret, when they receive an unexplained and preposterous gift from seemingly no-one.
