Jess is an ACoA Empowerment and Emotional Agility Coach and Co-Founder of The 3E Space, a coaching and wellbeing organization that allows individuals and organizations to explore, get energized, and feel empowered. As an adult child of an alcoholic, Jess has spent the last 6 years on her own deep healing and co-dependency recovery journey. Peeling back the layers of her hard armor and protective masks to begin to reclaim her true authentic Self. Jess now supports other ACoA's and co-dependents to do the same both 1:1 and in groups with her training in breakthrough coaching, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Breathwork. Jess is also on her own sober curious journey.
