tw: racism, hate crimes, acts of violence resulting in death. today’s episode is entirely about what is happening within the Asian American Pacific Islander community. the severity around the current and continuous acts of violence and hate crimes being directed toward the AAPI community, history behind the root causes and how you can pull up, be an ally and support the community during this time in a number of ways. please know that i am still in a period of learning and growth, i am sharing as an ally from resources i’ve found, conversations i’ve listened on or participated in and from reading, absorbing and giving space to the community. there is so much continued work that needs to be done and i am here if you when you are ready to be a part of it. thank you for listening as always. so that’s all for today but probably (definitely) not.
