Facing the death penalty in a post 9/11 New York P6 - Tariq Maqbool

On April 27, 2005, Tariq Maqbool was convicted of the murders of Joong Ahn, 45 and his nephew, Mun Ahn, 28 on the night of Nov. 1, 2002.Prosecutors say Tariq strangled Joong Ahn with a power cord.They say Mun Ahn and his uncles body were taken to a desolate area near the Hackensack River and put into a car. Mun Ahn was shot in the head, and the SUV doused with gasoline and torched.Prosecutors would say Tariq orchestrated the entire deal and committed the killings.Tariq says it's all BS and lies he had nothing to do with it.
