332 | Why Nazis in War Games are Fine, but the Colonizer in a Euro Game Had to Go | with Jason

Jason is very pleased to share about Puerto Rico 1897 - a new story for the classic game! This video follows up on the official announcement on a recent BGG Blog. In this short reflection, I discuss the most common piece of critical feedback: the idea that it's bad to play a "bad guy" in a game. In short, it's fine to play a bad guy, but it matters how it's done. I think war games have done a better job than Euro games. I articulate my reasoning here. Om Podcasten

One Stop Co-Op Shop is a podcast about cooperative boardgames. Game designers & publishers, Peter Gousis & Michael Kelley host the podcast. Every other week we take one game and break it down to it's top 5 points (the good, the bad and our overall impressions). After we discuss the game we have a design discussion about one of the parts of the game. We will also have occasional podcasts reviewing solo games, and other special episodes.
