This one has been in the books for a long time, and we are thrilled to introduce Dr. Susanna Søberg as a guest on @onethirtybiohacks.Dr. Susanna Søberg, PhD, @susanna_soeberg, earned her doctoral degree at the University of Copenhagen, where she has spent the past many years researching the effects of deliberate cold and heat exposure on metabolism and other aspects of human physiology.This has also led to several books on the topic. The latest one, The Thermalist, delves into the benefits of breathwork, heat, and cold therapy as a means to reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing.In this episode, Susanna shares the results of her research, which, among other things, provide guidance on how often and how long you need to expose yourself to heat and cold to enjoy the full health benefits of these treatments.
