This week on the One Year No Beer Podcast Ruari welcome’s Cecilia Quirke onto the show.    They discuss Ceeclia’s relationship with alcohol over the years, how having kids and getting divorced impacted her drinking habits.   Cecilia joined OYNB in 2018 because she was using drinking as a way to overcome stress. She no longer could manage how much she was drinking and decided to do something about it. She recently finished the Complete Control programme. The Covid lockdowns ended up making her fully stop drinking because she had no reason or way to go out drinking.
